You can find the returns form on the back of your delivery note included in your shipment, or print another copy from here. Please fill this form in and pop it within the returning parcel.

    Items can be returned to us via a carrier of your choosing. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.


    • Returns are accepted up to 28 calendar days after receipt of goods.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • If the goods are shipped internationally, you will be charged shipping again if you want to exchange the item.
    • Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
    • Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. For any goods returned without packaging you may be liable for a restocking charge. You are responsible for ensuring that items are returned in good condition.
    • We cannot accept returns on goods that are custom made.
    • Goods must be returned with any relevant promotional or free gifts.
    • All returns packages must be marked as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document you are also required to submit (CN22 and/ or CN23) AND on the outside of the packaging. IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SIMPLY SEND THE GOODS TO BACK - Customs require proper supporting documentation to prevent not charging taxes upon the goods coming back into the UK. Failure to do this will result in unnecessary import taxes and VAT being charged. Either the parcel will be refused by us and returned to you by the carrier or we will be obliged to pay the carrier on your behalf, which will be deducted from any funds returned to you.
    • Please DO NOT ship back by Fedex, this results in extra customs charges, even as a return. Your parcel will be returned to you.
    • Resurgence Gear reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of goods deemed to have been purchased for anything other than private use. This includes agencies, individuals and companies using Resurgence Gear e-Commerce platform and returns process to purchase goods for commercial purposes. Goods shall be made available for collection and return to the original purchasing party.


    • We always aim to process refunds or exchanges within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving the returned goods.
    • REFUND - The funds will be returned via the original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used.
    • EXCHANGE - We will dispatch the required replacement item(s) within the time frame specified for the product(s) as displayed on our website. Once dispatched you will receive a text notification from the courier.
